Bu oran k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hastanelerde ge\u00e7erli olup , \u00fcniversite hastanelerinde ya da daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 hastanelerde \u00e7ok daha fazla bir say\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r .  Bu neden ile de hastane sa\u011fl\u0131k da\u011f\u0131tan ve de hatsall\u0131klar\u0131n iyile\u015fmesi i\u00e7in var olan bir kurum oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re hastanenin s\u00fcrekli olarak temiz olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir .
